Registration for the 2026-27 school year opens at 6pm on March 5 at district96.org/page/registration.

New families: create an account in the New Student Registration Portal
Proof of residency needs to be completed every other year for current families. New families will need to submit proof of residency with first-time registration. A birth certificate and photo identification are also required for new families.
Review the state-required health forms by grade.
Registration fees are not due at the time of registration. They will be posted by July 15 and due August 1. Kindergarten families receive a 40% discount if registration is completed by April 30. Fees can be paid online via PushCoin or in-person at the district office with cash or check.
School assignments will be sent by June 30 for new families. All students will receive their teacher assignment in August. Each school hosts a meet and greet and school supply drop off. Building principals will send a welcome email with school-specific information prior to that.
