In response to the growing concern about the potential spread and impact of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to reassure you that the district is closely monitoring the news and updates from the Illinois Department of Health (IDPH) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

It is hard to believe that we are now more than 100 days into the 2019 – 2020 school year! Many changes will be happening in District 96 in the upcoming months!

The District 96 Board of Education approved the calendar for the 2020-2021 school year. The start date for students will be Monday, August 31, 2020.

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a nice holiday break and found an opportunity to enjoy family time, a more relaxed schedule, and learning outside the classroom.

The final facility drawings in District 96's long-range plan were presented to the Committee of the Whole on December 4.
