Dear District 96 Families,
We have been closely monitoring the details of the upcoming winter snow and cold weather forecast. Please know that school will be in session tomorrow (12/22). We will release Hauser students at 2:52 pm to match the dismissal time of our elementary students (2:55 pm). This will allow a better opportunity for both our families and our staff members to get home safely. We realize this may cause some additional traffic delays; particularly at Central/Hauser.
Riverside Police Department has offered to provide additional support during dismissal time tomorrow, Thursday December 22. As always, please remember to drive carefully and to exercise extra caution and patience if you plan to drive to your child’s school for dismissal.
We appreciate you and all you do to support our schools. As you know, Friday December 23 is a scheduled non attendance for all students and staff.
