District 96 administrative offices will be moved to a new address at 3340 Harlem Avenue effective Monday, August 12, 2019. The move to a new office location is part of the District’s goals to create more space for Central School and to maximize flexibility needed for all of our District 96 schools related to student program needs.
On Thursday, August 8 and Friday, August 9 our district office will be closed for registration and residency verification. This will allow time for the district office team to relocate and establish services at the new location.
We urge all families who have not yet completed residency verification (required for all new students and students entering Kindergarten, Grade 3 and Grade 6) to complete this process prior to August 8. If this process is not completed by August 8, please plan to complete this process as soon as possible beginning on Monday, August 12 at our new location at 3340 Harlem Avenue. Registration hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm.
The new district office location will support the central office work of the superintendent, teaching and learning, special education, finance, and technology along with our registrar and other general office functions. Our phone number and email contact information will remain the same. We appreciate the support of the District 96 community as we move forward with long-range facility goals.
